C&J Capital Holdings Group LLC is a Wyoming-based holding company founded by Jayson Scali and Christopher Parish — two business partners with a shared belief that the best businesses are built from the ground up, not bought off a shelf.
We started C&J Capital to do things the right way — building real businesses that create real jobs and real value. Our first venture, Twin Pitons Boat Tours Ltd., is a Saint Lucia-based boat tour company launching September 2026, bringing unforgettable Caribbean experiences to cruise passengers at Port Seraphine, Castries.
We’re not a Wall Street firm. We’re operators — hands-on, relationship-driven, and committed to the long game.
